Mubasher: Boubyan Petrochemical has purchased 1.06 million shares in Educational Holding Group.
Boubyan Petrochemical has bought this stake in its subsidiary Educational for KWD 0.308 per share, for a total value of about KWD 327,200, according to a bourse statement on Thursday.
This transaction will reflect on the company by an additional equity of 0.43%.
Following this purchase transaction, Boubyan Petrochemical’s stake in Educational will increase to 82.52% from 82.09%.
