Mubasher: Boubyan Petrochemical said that a board member has purchased 1.24 million shares in Nafais Holding.
This deal accounts for 0.29% of Nafais Holding’s stake, with a price of 200 fils per share and an overall value of KWD 2.49 million.
Following this shares purchase, Boubyan owns a stake of 18.42% in nafais.
