Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait announced that the procedures for selling 21.9 million of Al Kout Industrial Projects’ shares have completed.
Boubyan Petrochemical has won the auction, according to a bourse statement on Wednesday.
The auction started with a preliminary price of 710 fils per share and closed at 766 fils each, at a total value of KWD 16.77 million.
