Kuwait – Mubasher: Boubyan Petrochemical said that the shares included in the acquisition of Nafais Holding totalled 515,748 representing 0.12% of the capital of Nafais.
This percentage was achieved in the period of purchasing the shares which started from 3 August to 2 September, according to a bourse statement.
Boubyan said that the financial impact from the acquisition deal will be announced once official approvals are granted.
