Kuwait – Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait Securities Company posted a decline of 85.3% in losses during the fiscal year ended 31 December 2016 when compared to the same period a year ago.
The losses shrank to about KWD 297,250 in fiscal year 2016 from KWD 2.02 million in FY15, according to a recent report issued by the company.
The revenues totalled KWD 4.37 million in FY16, while the expenses stood at KWD 4.67 million.
Boursa Kuwait’s total assets increased to KWD 18.92 million in FY16 from nearly KWD 314,040 in FY15, while the liabilities grew to KWD 15.24 million from around KWD 312,910.
The report noted that the Boursa Kuwait’s issued and paid-up capital amounted to KWD 6 million.
