Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Monday’s session in the green, as the All-Share, Premier, and Main markets went up 0.41%, 0.26%, and 0.78%, respectively.
The consumer goods segment topped five gainers with 1.87%, while oil and gas sector led four decliners with 1.13%.
Sanam was the top winner with a rise of 13.33%, while Equipment led the losers with 11.37%.
Liquidity increased by 23.2% to KWD 39.57 million on Monday compared to KWD 32.12 million in the prior session after the trading volume increased by 32.2% to 214.08 million shares from 161.89 million.
GBK, which added 3.04%, was the most active stock on which 41.29 million shares were traded at a value of KWD 12.46 million.
