Mubasher: The price index of Boursa Kuwait levelled down 0.71% or 49.56 points to close Monday’s session at 6,9119.62 points.
Both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices lost 0.36% and 0.44%, respectively.
The market’s liquidity shrank to KWD 23.33 million, while the trading volume decreased to 242.78 million shares.
The real estate sector led nine decliners with 1.55%, dragged by REAM which lost 14.3% to be the top loser.
Meanwhile, the telecom segment topped three gainers with 1.12%, on the back of Ooredoo which rose by 7.02%.
REAM recorded the highest trading value of KWD 2.86 million.
