Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Sunday’s trading session with a decrease for the second session in a row in line with a declining trading activity.
The All-Share, Main, and Premier markets retreated 0.13%, 0.08%, and 0.15%, respectively.
The insurance segment led eight decliners with 0.52%, while the technology sector led three gainers with 6%.
KAMCO led the losers with 8.5%, while Automated Systems topped the winners with 6%.
Boursa Kuwait’s liquidity shrank by 31.1% to KWD 11.54 million on Sunday from KWD 16.74 million in the prior session after the trading volume decreased by 12.4% to 72.41 million shares from 82.69 million.
Burgan Bank posted the highest turnover of KWD 1.38 million, the stock went up 2.7%.
Investors was the most active stock on which 7.61 million shares were exchanged, the stock fell 1.5%.
