Mubasher: The benchmark index of Boursa Kuwait closed Sunday’s trading session 0.15% or 10.07 points lower at 6,795.24 points.
Similarly, both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices lost 0.43% and 0.57%, respectively.
The market’s turnover shrank by 39.1% to KWD 8.39 million on Sunday from KWD 13.78 million in the previous session, after the trading volume decreased to 58 million shares from 100.55 million.
The consumer goods sector led six decliners with 3%, dragged by Americana which lost 9.52%.
Meanwhile, the oil and gas segment topped three gainers with 0.48%, backed by Napesco which rose by 2.41%.
KFH recorded the highest liquidity of KWD 1.46 million.
Gulf Franchising was the most active stock on which 7.06 million shares were exchanged, up 75 fils.
