Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Sunday’s session in red territory, with the Premier index falling 1.23%, while the All-Share and Main Market indices declined 0.84% and 0.2%, respectively.
The banking sector led decliners with 1.33%, while the oil and gas sector rose 0.30%.
Boursa Kuwait’s liquidity soared to KWD 38.35 million on Sunday, from KWD 23.8 million in the previous session, while trading volume jumped to 190.68 million shares, against 122.88 million on Thursday.
Boubyan International Industries Holding headed fallers with 14.10%, whereas Tamdeen Investment topped gainers after surging 15.38%.
Ahli United Bank’s (AUB) stock, which inched up 0.86%, topped the market in terms of volume and value after 47.97 million shares were exchanged at a turnover of KWD 11.42 million.
