Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Thursday’s trading session with a massive rise for the fourth session in a row, as the All-Share, Main, and Premier markets went up 0.7%, 0.15%, and 0.95%, respectively.
The banking segment topped eight gainers with 0.95%, while the technology sector led three decliners with 5.5%.
Al Aqariya headed the winners with 9.64%, while National Industries led the losers with 10%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover shrank by 17.4% to KWD 34.74 million on Thursday compared to KWD 42.03 million in the previous session after the trading volume increased by 6.5% to 165.18 million shares from 155.12 million.
The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) posted the highest trading value of KWD 6.82 million, the stock went up 2.2%
Aayan Leasing was the most active stock on which 16.08 million shares were traded, the stock added 7%.
