Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Thursday’s trading session with a rise, as the All-Share, Premier, and Main markets added 0.08%, 0.02%, and 0.022%, respectively.
The financial services segment topped five gainers with 0.72%, while the oil and gas sector led six decliners with 0.34%.
Energy House was the top winner with a gain of 14.9%, while IPG led the losers with 5.9%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover shrank by 11.7% to KWD 25.82 million on Thursday from KWD 29.24 million in the previous session after the trading volume shrank by 11.1% to 159.12 million shares from 178.94 million.
The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) posted the highest liquidity of KWD 5.98 million, the stock went up 0.22%.
Kuwait Real Estate was the most active stock on which 18.51 million shares were traded, the stock went down 0.68%.
