Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Thursday’s trading session in a rise, as the Premier, Main, and All-Share markets went up 0.12%, 0.63%, and 0.29%, respectively.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover decreased to KWD 17.4 million on Thursday from KWD 19.5 million in the previous session after the trading volume grew to 164.2 million shares from 145.4 million.
The consumer services segment topped nine gainers with 1.7%, while both the consumer goods and the oil and gas sector were the only decliners with 0.13% and 0.07%, respectively.
Alrai Media was the top winner with 40.18%, while Marakez led the losers with 8.33%.
Aayan Leasing was the most active stock on which 21.2 million shares were traded, the stock added 6.14%.
NBK posted the highest liquidity of KWD 2.2 million, the stock went up 0.60%.
