Mubasher: The price index of Boursa Kuwait closed Thursday’s trading session 0.09% or 6.04 points lower to close at 6,788.48 points.
Similarly, both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices dropped 0.08% and 0.10%, respectively.
The market’s trading value shrank to KWD 9.02 million on Thursday from KWD 13.85 million in the previous session, after the trading volume decreased to 50.28 million shares from 99.75 million.
The consumer services segment led seven decliners with 1.18%, dragged by Muntazahat which lost 8%.
Meanwhile, the financial services sector topped four gainers with 0.48%, backed by IFA which went up 5.15%.
PetroGulf was the most active stock on which 5.46 million shares were traded, rising 0.25%.
Human Soft recorded the highest turnover of KWD 2.05 million, up 0.94%.
