Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Thursday’s session with a massive decline, as the All-Share, Main, and Premier markets retreated 0.19%, 0.05%, and 0.26%, respectively.
The telecom segment topped six decliners with 0.6%, while the insurance sector led four gainers with 1.1%.
Amar for Finance and Leasing was the top loser with a drop of 10%, while Privatization Holding headed the winners with 3.6%.
Boursa Kuwait’s liquidity increased by 37.8% to KWD 16.74 million on Thursday from KWD 9.63 million in the prior session after the trading volume grew by 27.7% to 82.69 million shares from 64.74 million.
AUB Bahrain was the most active stock on which 15.08 million shares were exchanged at a value of KWD 3.13 million, the stock fell 1%.
