Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Thursday’s trading session with a grouped decrease after two successive sessions in green.
The All-Share, Main, and Premier markets went down 0.44%, 0.1%, and 0.61%, respectively.
The oil and gas segment led ten decliners with 1.33%, while the insurance sector was the only gainer with 10.1%.
Boursa Kuwait’s trading value shrank by 5.5% to KWD 46.41 million on Thursday from KWD 49.09 million in the previous session after the trading volume decreased by 20.8% to 208.24 million shares from 262.8 million.
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) registered the most active trades in eight years, with 23.25 million shares traded at a value of KWD 14.67 million. The stock retreated 0.16%.
