Mubasher: The All-Share Market index went up 1.08% on Tuesday, while both the Premier and Main markets added 0.75% and 1.95%, respectively.
The banking segment topped eight gainers with 1.56%, while the technology sector led three decliners with 5.5%.
Hilal Cement was the top winner with 35.14%, while National Holding led the losers with 6.33%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover increased by 16.7% to KWD 39.7 million on Tuesday compared to KWD 34.01 million in the previous session, as the trading volume grew by 12.7% to 215.92 million shares from 191.55 million.
The National Bank of Kuwait posted the highest liquidity of KWD 7.33 million, the stock added 2.07%.
Securities House was the most active stock on which 22.27 million shares were exchanged, the stock went down 1.02%.
