Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait closed Tuesday’s trading session in red territory, as the All-Share, Main, and Premier markets retreated 0.62%, 0.17%, and 0.82%, respectively.
Boursa Kuwait has been witnessing a fluctuating performance in the past session, deputy head of the investment research unit at KAMCO Raed Diab told Mubasher.
The consumer goods segment led seven decliners with 1.35%, while the oil and gas sector topped three gainers with 0.77%.
Osos led the losers with 11.8%, while Mashaer headed the winners with 16%.
Boursa Kuwait’s liquidity increased by 45% to KWD 30.39 million, the highest level in three months, on Tuesday from KWD 20.96 million on Monday, with the trading volume growing 24.2% to 121.33 million shares from 97.73 million.
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) posted the highest trading value of KWD 6.18 million, the stock went down 1.45%.
AUB Bahrain was the most active stock on which 21.21 million shares were exchanged, the stock rose by 1.5%.
