Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Tuesday’s trading session higher, as the All-Share market added 0.77% or 41.47 points to reach 5,414.34 points.
Similarly, the Main and Premier markets gained 0.04% and 1.07%, respectively.
The banking segment topped seven gainers with 1.13%, while the real estate sector led the decliners with 5.5%.
KAMCO Investment headed the winners with 9.04%, while Alrai Media was the top loser with a fall of 17.3%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover increased by 23% to KWD 48.68 million on Tuesday compared to KWD 39.57 million in the previous session after the trading volume grew by 1.6% to 217.43 million shares from 214.08 million.
The GBK was the most active stock on which 34.16 million shares were traded at a value of KWD 10.47 million, the stock added 0.66% at 307 fils.
