Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Tuesday’s session lower; the price index lost 0.23% or 15.6 points to reach 6,843.66 points, while both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices fell by 0.06% and 0.08%, respectively.
The financial services segment led decliners with 1%, dragged by GFH which dropped 10.24% to be the top loser.
Meanwhile, the real estate segment topped three gainers with 0.36%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover increased by 38.7% to KWD 23.87 million on Tuesday from KWD 17.21 million on Monday, after the trading volume grew by 33.9% to 95.54 million shares from 71.37 million.
Zain was the most active stock on which 11.03 million shares were traded, rising by 1.43%
KFH recorded the highest liquidity of KWD 5.96 million.
