Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Tuesday’s trading session with a massive decrease, as the All-Share, Main, and Premier markets went down by 0.41%, 0.65%, and 0.27%, respectively.
The industrial segment led eight decliners with 0.72%, while the oil and gas in addition to the technology sectors topped the gainers with 1.82% and 1.44%, respectively.
Asiya Capital Investments Co led the losers with 11.42%, while Mena Real Estate topped the winners with 5.9%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover increased by 1.6% to KWD 6.84 million on Tuesday compared to KWD 6.73 million in the previous session after the trading volume grew by 3% to 36.74 million shares from 35.69 million.
The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) posted the highest liquidity of KWD 1.86 million. The stock retreated 0.27%.
Kuwait Real Estate was the most active stock on which 6.05 million shares were exchanged. The stock went down 1.72%.
