Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait ended Wednesday’s trading session with a massive decrease, as the All-Share, Main, and Premier markets retreated 0.12%, 0.23%, and 0.06%, respectively.
The oil and gas segment led seven decliners with 2.24%, while the technology sector topped five gainers with 11.1%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover shrank by 54.3% to KWD 12.36 million on Wednesday compared to KWD 27.03 million in the previous session after the trading volume decreased by 13% to 92.15 million shares from 105.88 million.
Shuaiba Industrial led the losers with 10%, while Wethaq headed the winners with 13.2%.
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) posted the highest liquidity of KWD 2.13 million, the stock retreated 0.17%.
Kuwait Real Estate was the most active stock on which 26 million shares were exchanged, the stock closed at 46.3 fils.
