Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait has postponed the initial date to list its shares on the official stock market to another date that will be scheduled later, state-run Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
The decision comes in light of the prevailing exceptional circumstances of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and the consequent disruption of official working hours for governmental bodies.
On 7 January, Boursa Kuwait announced that its shares would be listed on 19 April.
The new initial date will be subject to the Capital Markets Authority’s (CMA) approval.
