Kuwait – Mubasher: The benchmark index of Boursa Kuwait ended Monday in the green zone after rising by 0.02% or 1.17 points to reach 6,224 points.
Both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices gained 0.25% and 0.37% respectively.
The financial services topped five gainers with 1% on the back of Manazel which rose by 7.04%.
Meanwhile, the industrial sector led seven decliners with 0.66%.
The oil and gas segment retreated by 0.23%, in line with the 8.33% drop of Marine Services which topped the losers.
Turnover amounted to KWD 60.12 million, after 702.27 million shares were traded.
Investors was the most active stock on which 49.05 million shares were exchanged.
Zain recorded the highest trading value which stood at KWD 5.86 million.
