Mubasher: the indices of Boursa Kuwait ended Monday’s trading session with grouped rise; the price index gained 0.22% or 14.81 points, the weighted and rose by 1.2%, and Kuwait-15 levelled up by 1.51%.
Liquidity decreased to KWD 48 million from KWD 50.01 million, while trading volume increased to 558.94 million shares from 488.64 million.
The banks segment topped eight gainers with 1.35% on the back of CBK which gained 5.5%.
Meanwhile, the oil and gas sector led four decliners with 3.6%, dragged by Ikarus which lost 6.17%.
Abyaar was the most active stock on which 64.85 million shares were traded, while Zain recorded the highest liquidity that amounted to KWD 4.02 million.
