Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Monday’s trading session with positive performance after the Main, Premier, and All-Share markets inched up 0.58%, 0.34%, and 0.4%, respectively.
The technology, basic materials, banking, consumer goods, insurance, and real estate sectors increased.
On the flipside, the oil and gas, industrials, consumer services, telecommunications, and financial services sectors tumbled.
The bourse’s turnover fell to KWD 13.58 million from KWD 18.98 million on Monday, while traded volume stood at 65.85 million shares, down from 67.9 million on Sunday.
Automated Systems topped the winners after surging 23.24%, whereas the Energy House Holding led the losers with 18.73%.
Investors Holding Group, which shed 1.87%, topped the bourse in terms of trading volume after 8.19 million shares were exchanged, whereas Kuwait Finance House (KFH), which went up 1.49%, generated the highest liquidity with KWD 2.89 million.
