Kuwait – Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait ended Monday’s trading session on a negative note, as the general All-Share Index closed down 0.32%, while the main and premier indices fell 0.31% and 0.33%, respectively.
Liquidity increased by 59% to KWD 19.44 million, compared with KWD 12.23 million shares on Sunday.
Traded volumes also rose by 13.3% to 119.77 million shares, up from 105.73 million shares yesterday.
Eight market sectors closed the week’s second session in the red zone, with the technology sector registering the highest loss today, declining by 9.72%, while real estate and basic materials were the gainers with 0.1% and 0.08%, respectively.
Senergy was the session’s top gainer, adding 13.33%, while Burgan for Well Drilling (ABAR) led the declining stocks, dropping 19.7%.
