Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Monday’s trading session with a mixed performance after the Premier Market index inched up 0.28%, followed by the All-Share Market index with 0.16%, while the Main Market index shed 0.14%.
Liquidity rose to KWD 42.32 million, from KWD 37.67 million, while traded volume stood at 155.87 million shares on Monday, up from 153.42 million in the session before.
The banking sector led gainers with 0.96%, while the oil and gas segment was the worst performer with 0.27%.
Kuwait Finance and Investment’s (KFIC) stock topped risers after surging 17.74%, while the stock of National Shooting Co led losers after slumping 14.47%.
Ahli United Bank –Bahrain’s (AUB) stock, which dropped 1.21%, topped the bourse in terms of trading volume with 18.25 million shares, while Kuwait Finance House’s (KFH) stock, which upped 1.85%, generated the highest traded value with KWD 10.29 million.
