Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait ended Sunday’s trading session 0.55% or 37.52 points higher to reach 6,804.56 points; similarly, both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices gained 0.32% and 0.67%, respectively.
The oil and gas segment topped nine gainers with a rise of 3.5% on the back of Napesco which levelled up 8.06%.
Meanwhile, the consumer services and industrial sectors were the only decliners with a fall of 0.9% and 0.18%, respectively.
The market’s turnover shrank to KWD 21.13 million, as trading volume decreased to 200.91 million shares.
Aayan was the most active stock on which 22.7 million shares were exchanged, rising 3.23%.
Burgan Bank recorded the highest trading value of KWD 2.63 million, up 1.52%.
