Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait rose by the end of Thursday’s trading session for the third time in a row.
The All-Share Index levelled up by 0.05% to close at the level of 5,766.73 points after gaining three points. The Main and Premier markets inched up by 0.02% and 0.06%, respectively.
The bourse’s turnover retreated to KWD 16.35 million on Thursday when compared to KWD 32.25 million a day earlier.
The trading volume dropped by 40.6% to 82.3 million shares from 138.51 million.
The basic materials sector advanced six risers with 0.82%, whereas the technology headed five losers with 9.6%.
Ras Al Khaimah Co. for White Cement and Construction Materials topped the gainers with 24%, while Warba Insurance led the fallers with 9.9%.
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) posted the highest liquidity of KWD 2.32 million, the stock went up 0.11%, while Aayan Leasing and Investment was the most active stock through the exchange of 13.09 million, the stock edged down 0.88%.
