Kuwait – Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait ended Tuesday trading session higher with 0.54% or 30.66 points to close at 5,745.04 points.
Both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices gained 0.24% and 0.23% respectively.
The financial services segment topped seven gainers with 0.78%, on the back of Amwal which jumped by 11.4% to be the top winner.
The real estate sector rose by 0.72%, endorsed by First Dubai which rose by 8.2%.
Meanwhile, the telecom sector led four decliners with 0.23%, dragged by Zain which lost 1.2%.
Liquidity increased to KWD 19.48 million from KWD 16.61 million, as trading volume grew to 206.6 million shares from 163.82 million in the previous session.
Al Imtiaz was the most active stock on which 23.7 million shares were traded at a value of KWD 2.37 million. The stock levelled up by 6.25%.
