Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Tuesday’s trading session in positive territory.
The Premier Market index increased 0.06% or 2.72 points to 4,781.38 points, while All-Share Market index and the Main Market index inched up 0.05% and 0.02%, respectively.
By the end of the mid-week session, the bourse’s trading volume stood at 62.55 million shares, down from 96.64 million on Monday, while liquidity fell to KWD 11.49 million, from KWD 17 million in the previous trading session.
Gulf Investment House’s stock led gainers with 19.4%, whereas Mena Real Estate’s stock tumbled 43.83%.
National Bank of Kuwait’s (NBK) stock topped Boursa Kuwait in terms of trading value after generating a turnover of KWD 3.69, while the stock of Ajwan Gulf Real Estate led the market in terms of trading volume after 6.15 million shares were exchanged.
NBK’s stock shed 0.27%, whereas Ajwan’s stock rose 3.32%.
