Kuwait – Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait ended Wednesday’s trading session with grouped rise.
The price index gained 0.22% or 12.81 points to close at 5,787.84 points; both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices levelled up by 0.37% and 0.53% respectively.
The telecom segment topped nine gainers with 1.5% on the back of Zain which rose by 2.41%.
Meanwhile, the industrial as well as the oil and gas sectors were the only decliners which lost 0.45% and 0.02% respectively.
The trading value increased to KWD 272 million after trading volume grew to 28.02 million shares.
The Securities House was the most active stock on which 21.69 million shares were exchanged, while Agility recorded the highest liquidity of KWD 2.98 million.
