Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait ended Wednesday’s trading session in the green zone after gaining 0.23% or 9.23 points to close at 6,847.92 points.
Both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices rose by 0.18% and 0.19% respectively.
The financial services segment topped five gainers with 0.56% on the back of Al Imtiaz which rose by 6.49%.
Meanwhile, the oil and gas sector led six decliners with 1.84%, dragged by Senergy which lost 6.94% to be the top loser.
Liquidity shrank to KWD 55.05 million after trading volume decreased to 586.01 million shares.
Abyaar was the most active stock on which 98.65 million shares were traded.
Zain recorded the highest trading value of KWD 5.8 million.
