Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait saw a mixed performance during the week which ended on 16 March.
The price index lost 1.89% or 128.86 points to close at 6,670.47 points from 6,798.73 points in the previous week.
The weighted index went down 0.42%, while Kuwait-15 rose solely by 0.52%.
Market cap fell 0.4% or KWD 110 million ($360 million) to KWD 27.49 billion ($90.10 billion) compared to KWD 27.60 billion ($90.47 billion) last week.
During this week, liquidity increased 3.04% to KWD 76.4 million from KWD 74.1 million a week ago.
Trading volume grew 15.98% to reach 754.68 million shares from 650.72 million shares traded in the past week.
Transactions totalled about 21,940 which came 28.01% higher than around 17,140 in the previous week.
