Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait ended the week on 29 November with a mixed performance as the Premier Market index jumped 49.86 points, to 5,317.81 points, followed by the All-Share Market index with 31.42 points, reaching 5,109.21 points, whereas the Main Market index dropped 17.90 points, to 4,730 points.
The bourse’s market capitalisation inched up 0.6% to KWD 29.06 billion, from KWD 28.89 billion.
Trading volume rose 13.4%, reaching 520.76 million shares in current week, compared to 459.32 million, while traded value soared 60.25% to KWD 99.61 million, from KWD 62.16 billion.
In the week which ended on 29 November, there were about 21,830 implemented transactions, up from 17,460 deals a week earlier, logging a 25% increase.
