Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait has maintained its upward performance at Monday’s close for the third day in a row.
The All-Share and Premier markets closed up by 0.88%, and 1.02%, respectively, whilst the Main and the BK 50 indices added 0.51%, and 0.9%, respectively.
The market’s turnover narrowed by 3.7% on a daily basis, reaching KWD 42.15 million when compared to KWD 43.76 million in the previous session. The trading volume stood at 257.2 million shares, 0.15% up from 256.8 million on Sunday.
The consumer services segment came on top of nine risers with 3.17%, whereas the oil and gas sector was the only faller with 0.04%.
Al Imtiaz Investment Group led the rising stocks with 12.15%, whereas Al Enmaa Real Estate Company was the top declining stock with 5.05%.
Kuwait Finance House (KFH) posted the highest liquidity of KWD 8.98 million, the stock was up 0.16%.
Ahli United Bank – Bahrain (AUB Bahrain), up 3.37%, was the most actively traded stock with 46.63 million shares.
