Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait ended Tuesday’s trading session in the red zone, as the price index lost 1.26% or 84.86 points to close at 6,665.90 points.
The weighted and Kuwait-15 indices went down 1.10% and 1.06%, respectively.
The oil and gas segment led 11 decliners with 4.4%, dragged by Senergy which lost 7.55%.
Meanwhile, the basic materials segment was the only gainer with a rise of 0.39%, on the back of Qurain which levelled up 6.15%.
Liquidity increased to KWD 28.36 million, after trading volume grew to 271.26 million shares.
Ithmaar Holding was the most active stock on which 29.53 million shares were exchanged.
Al Imtiaz recorded the highest trading value of KWD 4.15 million.
