Kuwait – Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait's indexes saw a negative performance in Wednesday’s early trades.
The price index declined by 0.48% or 32.82 points to reach 6,786.27 points by 9:50am Kuwaiti time, while the weighted index and Kuwait-15 fell 0.7% and 0.68% respectively.
The market saw trading of 335.7 million shares through 4,652 transactions, with a turnover of KWD 25.23 million.
The financial services sector topped losers with a 1.26% decline as International Financial Advisors (IFA) tumbled 5.4%.
The telecom sector slid 1.4% as Kuwait Telecommunication Co. (VIVA) went down 1.1%.
The banks sector declined 0.4% as Commercial Bank of Kuwait (CBK) sank 2.4%.
On the flipside, the health care and insurance sectors rose 1.16% and 0.5% respectively.
