Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait ended Tuesday’s trading session in the green zone; the price index gained 1.42% or 94.52 points to close at 6,751.37 points.
Bothe the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices rose by 1.20% and 1.21% respectively.
The financial services segment topped 10 gainers with 2.54% on the back of Noor which rose by 9.43%.
The consumer goods sector led two decliners with 0.87%, dragged by Americana which fell by 3.82%.
Trading value increased to KWD 60.27 million from KWD 51.56 million, and trading volume grew to 608.53 million shares from 498.86 million.
Al Ithmaar Holding was the most active stock on which 49.33 million shares were traded.
KFH recorded the highest turnover which totalled KWD 6.25 million.
