Kuwait – Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Thursday’s trading session with grouped rise.
The price index gained 0.24% or 13.75 points to reach 5,801.59 points by 9:22am Kuwait time; both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices rose by 0.24% and 0.32% respectively.
Boursa Kuwait’s liquidity amounted to KWD 5.99 million after 60.36 million shares were exchanged through 1,024 transactions.
The industrial segment topped the gainers with 0.67% in line with the 3.2% growth of HEISCO.
The banks sector levelled up by 0.13%, backed by NBK which rose by 1.5%.
Meanwhile, the telecom sector led four decliners with 0.7%, dragged by Hits which retreated by 1.18%.
