Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait ended Thursday’s trading session lower; the price index fell by 1.09% or 72.78 points to 6,582.75 points, the weighted index retreated by 1.30%, and Kuwait-15 edged down by 1.73%.
Liquidity decreased to KWD 55.31 million from KWD 48.45 million, as trading volume shrank to 531.69 million shares from 593.07 million.
The real estate segment led nine decliners with 2.08%, dragged by NREC which lost 8.06% to be the top loser.
Meanwhile, the healthcare sector topped three gainers with 1.66% on the back of Yiaco which rose by 7.14%.
Abyaar was the most active stock on which 56.93 million shares were traded.
Zain recorded the highest trading value that reached KWD 8.73 million.
