Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Tuesday’s trading session with a decline, as the All-Share, Premier, and Main markets retreated 0.6%, 0.59%, and 0.61%, respectively.
The Al-Share index approached the first support level at 5,050 points, capital market analyst Ali Al Salmi told Mubasher.
The telecom segment led seven decliners with 1.6%, while the oil and gas sector headed the gainers with 0.4%.
Boubyan Holding led the losers with 15.8%, while Al Deera was the top winner with 10.5%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover increased by 43.4% to KWD 18.5 million on Tuesday from KWD 12.9 million in the prior session, after the trading volume decreased by 2.6% to 99 million shares from 101.64 million.
GBK was the most active stock on which 14.4 million shares were traded at a value of KWD 3.71 million, the stock went down 0.77%.
