Mubasher: The price index of Boursa Kuwait ended Sunday’s trading session 0.55% or 38.71 points lower at 6,969.18 points, while the Kuwait-15 index gained 0.34%, and the weighted index closed at 416.42 points.
The market’s liquidity decreased to KWD 28.42 million, as trading volume shrank to 326.31 million shares.
The telecom segment led decliners with 1.62%, dragged by Hits Telecom which lost 4.90%.
Meanwhile, the technology sector topped three gainers with 0.90%, on the back of ATC which rose by 3.57%.
Taameer was the most active stock on which 29.29 million shares were traded, falling by 1.96%.
Al Imtiaz recorded the highest turnover of KWD 4.02 million, down 1.05%.
