Kuwait – Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait closed Sunday’s session with mixed performance.
The price index gained 0.25% or 16.83 points to 6,830.02 points, while both the weighted and Kuwait-15 indices fell by 0.24% and 0.25%, respectively.
The consumer services segment topped five gainers with 5.73%, on the back of Eyas which rose by 17.7% to be the top winner.
Meanwhile, the real estate sector led five decliners with 1.33%, dragged by Tamdeen Real Estate which lost 12.2% to be the top loser.
The Boursa Kuwait’s turnover shrank to KWD 8.37 million from KWD 11.55 million in the previous session, and the trading volume decreased to 49.22 million shares from 75.18 million.
Mayadeen was the most active stock on which 4.9 million shares were traded, rising 4.69%.
KFH recorded the highest liquidity of KWD 1.61 million, falling 0.41%.
