Kuwait – Mubasher: The price index of Boursa Kuwait closed Sunday’s trading session 2.22% or 150.30 points lower at 6,612.53 points, which is the index’s lowest level in a month.
The weighted index lost 0.11%, while the Kuwait-15 index gained 0.55%.
The real estate segment led ten decliners with 4.86%, dragged by REAM which dropped 40% which was the top loser.
Meanwhile, the consumer goods and industrial sectors gained 1.71% and 0.02%, respectively.
The market’s turnover increased to KWD 9.38 million on Sunday from KWD 6.74 million in the previous session, after the trading volume grew to 48.5 million shares from 34.76 million.
