Mubasher: Kuwaiti indices ended Sunday’s trading session in red, as the Premiere market and all-share indices dropped by 3.16% and 2.74%, while BK Main 50 and the main market indices declined by 2.2% and 1.64%, respectively.
Turnovers at Boursa Kuwait shrank by 9.3% compared to its level on Thursday to KWD 43.52 million, while traded volumes increased by 5% to 198.77 million shares.
Nine sectors closed the week’s first session in losses, as the banks index decreased by 3.2%, while the insurance sector index was the only riser and gained 0.62%.
Argan topped the losing stocks, plunging by 15.05%, while Metal and Recycling was the highest gainer and added 10%.
