Mubasher: Boursa Kuwait indices closed the week ended on 7 September in green, with a decline in trading volume.
The price index grew 0.08% or 5.32 points to 6897.42 points, while the weight index and Kuwait-15 went up 0.96% and 1.46%, respectively, as compared to the week before.
On the other hand, trading volume slid 25.3% to 232.4 million shares from 311.2 million shares, with turnover shrinking 19.5% to KWD 46.5 million from KWD 57.7 million.
The number of transactions totalled 8,800 by the end of the week, declining by 26.4%, as compared to 11,900 transactions the week before, with less trading sessions this week, because of the Eid Al Adha holiday.
