Mubasher: The benchmark index of Boursa Kuwait retreated 0.78%, or 48.1 points, to 6,138.87 points on Sunday.
Similarly, the weighted index edged down 0.09%, while the Kuwait-15 index went up 0.02%.
By 9:35am Kuwait time, the industrial sector topped decliners with 2.1%, dragged by Nafais which lost 15.4%.
The financial services segment retreated 1.03% in line with the 7.5% decline of Boubyan Holding.
Listed banks went down 0.28%, dragged by Boubyan Bank which levelled down 1.2%.
Hayat Communications led losers with 20%, while KGL was the top winner with a gain of 6.4%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover amounted to KWD 1.1 million after 3 million shares were exchanged through 202 transactions.
