Mubasher: The indices of Boursa Kuwait started Monday’s trading session with a mixed performance; the benchmark price index edged down 0.04% or 2.35 points to 6,604.75.
By 9:37am Kuwait time, the banking sector topped gainers with 0.52%, backed by Ithmaar which added 5.5%.
Meanwhile, the financial services segment led decliners with 0.4%, dragged by Amwal International which lost 8.8%.
KGL topped winners with 19.9%, while Hilal Cement led losers with 19.9%.
Boursa Kuwait’s turnover stood at KWD 4.7 million after 54 million shares were exchanged through 1,436 transactions.
Zain posted the highest liquidity of KWD 1.12 million.
KGL Logistics was the most active stock on which 13.23 million shares were exchanged.
